I wanted this product to hold a small video camera on my bike's handlebars, and the construction seems to be solid, but the design is badly flawed. The strap is held tight on the handlebars using the same rachet mechanism of cable "zip" ties. However, it isn't possible to pull the strap tight enough to keep it from slipping (rotating) around the bars. If I attached my camera to it, it would be hanging down below the bars in a matter of seconds, rather than standing above them.

I am returning this product for a refund.
