I found this unit easy to install and up to the task.

It's currently holding my new 50 inch plasma, a very heavy TV. It's within five pounds of the maximum load this mount is advertised for (gulp).

It's not the heaviest TV mount I've ever used, but it's sturdy. The lag bolts included are nice and thick. The box came with the usual assortment of bolts, spacers, and washers.

Be wary of the maximum length of bolt you can use in your TV. If you need to download the manual to your TV to find this information, do it. I had to use a few extra washers to bring the bolts down to the length that could fit in my TV (30 MMs), but it wasn't a problem.

The included level is handy, but I suggest using a long level that you set on top of the mount. Many of these mounts come with a level, and some of them can wiggle just slightly off. You want your TV perfectly level.

Adjusting the tilt is remarkably easy. You have to loosen a particular locking nut on each arm, but that's it. Everything seems to be holding up to the 130 pound weight of my TV with no problems. My TV looks much more impressive on the wall, and because it's tilting down, I was able to mount it higher and still produce a great viewing angle.

At many electronics stores, a mount similar to this would sell for four times the price. It's a strong value.
