Just moved into a new house & the fire place was begging for a tv! Wife let me get a new LG, but the manntel was to high for a normal tv mount. After searchinng all over we stumbled on to this one. Could nnot be happier! Shipping was fast, the mount is built like, and was not too hard to install on the brick. I used 4 large blue masonery screws & a hammer drill & had it up in about 2 hours. It swinngs down about 2 & 1/2 ft to a good viewing level. A bit pricy, but this thing will last forever!
