I have never bought a Sanus mount before but now I'm a real believer. I is very sturdy and the company gives you all the documentation that you will need for any circumstance. They tell you all the tools that you will need and supply you with a template for the wall. Even though they tell you that you need two people, I managed to hang my 40" set myself. The only thing that you might be warned about is that this is not a bracket that allows the TV to move to a 90 degree angle. Only about 30 degrees, which is plenty for most rooms. As advertised, it has a really small form factor at about an inch from the wall when it's flat. Less if slightly angled. I definately recommend this mount.
