Along with other amazon items I've purchased, this one was shipped out fast and got here fast. total of 3 days. Very pleased with that.

The item itself is sturdy and securely built. The only minor flaw with this is that whenever you tilt it downwards, the joint gets loose and you would have to tighten it to get it to tilt without it being loose. It's happened to me twice but of course, 3rd time's the charm. Hasn't gotten loose as of yet but I just say it needs a good tightening to perform perfectly. I would suggest tightening it enough so it won't go loose. Kinda scares you if your monitor is high up and the joint gets loose. I know it scared me.
