Purchased this as it was a few dollars cheaper than the Omnimount OMF I was eyeing. I have a 42" VESA 200 TV that only weighs 20 pounds, and I liked the idea of not having to worry about finding a stud.

The product comes with the four mounts and harnesses, hardware and drill bit for the drywall anchors. It also comes with a "spacing guide" for your correct VESA pattern--unfortunately, the "guide" is a folded piece of flimsy cardboard that is certainly not foolproof. While I lined everything up with the guide and used the levelers (which are on the individual harnesses so not all that helpful) when I went to mount the TV one of the mounts is off enough that the mount does not seat properly. The TV is still on the wall currently (I think--I'm at work now) but I will be watching it to see if the offset is enough to begin drawing out the drywall anchor.

All in all, I wish I had spent the extra few bucks on an Omnimount as the VESA pattern and leveling system seem a bit more thought out.
