Pros:
Beautiful piece of furniture
Solid construction; very strong cabinet
Everything fits
Well packed; package was heavy, which encouraged abuse in transit, but nothing was marred. Outside box took a beating. Funny, though, since I'm an elderly woman, and all I had to do was gently leverage it onto my heavy-duty cart and roll it.
Carousel works well
Carousel has rubber bumpers, so it doesn't mar floor
Wood finish is very attractive and flawless
Glass shelves are heavy duty and attractively tinted

Cons:
Assembly instructions are a little confusing, and the paper is flimsy. I tend to toss the instruction sheets around a bit, so this tissue paper didn't hold up well
One part was inventoried but not illustrated in assembly drawings
One part was not inventoried or illustrated in assembly drawings; I had to dig it back out of the garbage when I realized what it's for
One screw shipped wrong (see below).
Follow the directions regarding not tightening back wall brackets before attaching back wall; it's a bit of a challenge, because the wall has to be bent to the contour of the cabinet. Nice effect, though

The wrong screw they shipped was supposed to be a machine screw that goes into prethreaded plastic tubes in the side walls to hold the middle glass shelf brackets. Instead of the machine screws in the inventory illustrations, they sent four short wood screws. I tried them anyway. Two of the four screws didn't work. I'm too weak to over-tighten, so it wasn't my fault. Had to get a friend to pry out the plastic inserts, which were cracked by the wrong screws. We then used longer screws to hold the two brackets. Because the side walls are so thick, this wasn't a problem. I phoned BDI customer service, who took down the information with interest. Told her I don't need replacement screws, which she was prepared to send.

Swift Mount SWIFT210-AP Tilting TV Wall Mount/0-32 - Black Review

I bought this for mounting my 32 inch television. The way this is made, however, doesn't really make it user-friendly. The bracket that goes on the wall only really has room for two screws to hold it in. It's steady, but I wish there were more room to allow for more safety. The biggest problem, however, is the design of the tilt. Firstly, there are screws you need to get to on either side of the mount for adjustments. This isn't as big of a problem if your room is empty, bu this is a big problem if you're mounting it in a room that already has furniture in it. Secondly, our television has ports coming out of the back (HDMI), and this mount is so flush with the wall that we have to keep the TV tilted at a certain angle just to have the room for the cord to be plugged in (thereby negating the tilt option, which was the main reason I got it).

Maybe it would be better for a smaller television, maybe it would be better with a different style. Like I said, it does the job - my TV is mounted, and looks great. However, knowing what I know about the design problems, I would not buy this again., and couldn't really recommend it.

Convenience Concepts 157032 Classic Black Glass TV Stand for Flat Panel TV's Review

It does exactly what it say it does. One of the easiest pieces of furniture to assemble. It took about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. I think the hardest part was bringing home the package from work since it is a little on the heavy side but I think that is a price you have to pay for a good quality stand. I've seen cheaper versions of this in particle board and those things just don't look as nice.

I would recommend this for someone who wants to mount their TV at an angle. The reason why I am giving it 4/5 stars is the instructions were a little hard to understand and the bubble leveler wasn't built properly so it was off center.
