It does exactly what it say it does. One of the easiest pieces of furniture to assemble. It took about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. I think the hardest part was bringing home the package from work since it is a little on the heavy side but I think that is a price you have to pay for a good quality stand. I've seen cheaper versions of this in particle board and those things just don't look as nice.
