As of May 24, 2013 I received the product. they had on 4 corners of the box, padded materials strapped all along the 4 sides of the box on the and inside there were big padded materials as well, the wood, glass were all intact, except there was a couple of the black plastic rings that goes in the back of the entertainment center where you slide your cables, wires through, were broken. Wasn't all too upset, because it happens. can't let small things get to ya. Did notice the manilla envelope was opened that contained the 3 plastic rings. All the "nuts and bolts" as counted, but you will have to have your own tool to set it up. Just to let you know there is a strong odor once you open the box. I left it in a room and had the fan circulate the room with air. So I called Amazon and talked to one of their representative, gave her the part number that was broken and she was very nice to call the company up for me and to have it sent to my house within 5 to 10 business days. I will update on how the installation went later.

Installed the product by myself in about 45 minutes to a hour and I'd have to say it was very easy! Just need to pay attention on what you 're doing, look at the picture. When you're all done in assembling, there are 4 clear hard plastic pieces you use to piace in 4 little holes to put the glass shelf on. it's takes a little patience, wouldn't force it straight in. Just align the piece to the hole and twist and turn a little left and right, 11'o clock to 1'o clock as you push and it fits very good. There was a very small chip that broke away when screwing in the bottom stand. Will use a black marker to cover it up.

Love the product! Eye level matches close to the center to the lower part of the screen.
