The good:
1). Easily assembled by one person in less than an hour. Although package is very heavy and may require two people to get it inside the house. Tip: Open the box and remove pieces as needed. Tip 2: There are parts on both ends of the box, which I later discovered.
2). Very sturdy and holds the weight of my Sony 55" LCD very easily.
3). Beautiful gunmetal finish with heavy smoked tempered glass.
4). Has ports to hide wiring.
5). Shelves are 9.5" high.

The bad:
1). Bottom two shelves are only 17" wide and larger (deeper) components may extend over.
2). Back panel prevents easy access to components and is integrated into the stand.

Summary:
