Initially there was a delay with shipping and a lack of communication which I complained about. However I did get the product before Christmas and it was in good condition. It is a modern but solid design, and has been admired by our holiday guests already. When it comes you have to attach the handles and the shelves but that was a five minute job. It was well packaged and the delivery guys made sure it was OK and in situ before they left, carrying the packaging out to the garage for us. Would recommend this product to others.
