Product works as advertised. Only one issue: although this is rated for a 42" TV, the screws (and screw holes in the frame) were undersized for mounting to the back of my recently purchased Panasonic TC-P42S1 HDTV. I needed to go the hardware store and purchase the next size-up screw (metric, though I do not recall the size) and also needed to enlarge the holes in the mounting frame to accommodate the larger screw size. To do this I screwed the mounting frame to a wooden board and used a drill with a strong drill-bit to make the hole larger. Once completed, the mount worked perfectly with this model TV, feels very sturdy, was easy to install to the wall stud, and easy to finish mounting.

This issue may be a non-starter if you don't want to go through these steps for this model TV (and perhaps other Panasonic HDTV's of similar size), which would be understandable. But the quality and price otherwise is very good.
