Pros:
Once you've worked it out it is very slim line and well suited to someone doing a self installation of flat screens.
Cons:
Check exactly where the bracket will fit on the back of the TV. It may not be as simple as the instructions suggest so it is worthwhile installing the bracket on the TV before making a hole in the wall. Furthermore, the heads on the screws for the wall are not suited to removal and repositioning so make sure you get it right first time.
I was doing this for a 46" Sony TV which is probably at the limit of the operating range for this product but now I have it up, it looks amazing.
