Neo-Flex by Egrotron Combo Lift Stand, the VESA mounting Bracket and the Hannspree TV/PC Monitor: Started researching this item before making a selection and was glad to accidentally discover that it also came in black, which matches my computer equipment. The tech support by phone was good. The universal VESA mounting bracket kit required for connecting the 35 inch Hannspree TV/PC Monitor combo that had a higher rating than the comparable Samsung product, did require another $20.00 for spacers, hardware and epoxy to marry the monitor with the VESA mounting bracket to the frame. My discovery that the included screws were too long resulted in the female insert snapping loose from the internal metal plate of the TV/PC Monitor, which occurred with less than 60 lbs. of pressure. The Hannspree TV/PC Monitor was purchased from Costco for $229.00, was defective and had been replaced by the manufacturer in California. When the threaded insert snapped loose, the Hannspree tech gave me conflicting information about repairing the poor quality metallurgy found in a number of foreign made products. First they said I should solder the piece back to the mounting plate, then said if I opened the Hannspree that my warranty would be voided and 24 hours later after the epoxy option had set to it's fullest strength and the "hand tightened" screw held after snugging with a screwdriver. The two tension adjustments on the combo lift stand are best adjusted by holding the monitor at the desired tilted and elevated angles and then tightening the the screws. Do not expect the evaluation to change by cranking the adjustment screw, they are designed to cause tension for holding the monitor at the desired position that you move by hand. In the end it all worked out and I'm pleased with components. Wish America was a manufacturing nation again so the metallurgy would be better.
