First this is a very heavy mount, having someone to help is of utmost importance. It comes with loads of hardware to fit the specific size screws to mount to your TV. I comes with 6 lag bolts to mount it to brick, but it only needs 4 to mount to studs. It also comes with the plastic brick anchors as well. It has a level built into it, cheap but it works. overall we have been using it for about a month and it has been fantastic so far on our 55" LG.
