I was a little hesitant about purchasing this as my TV was at the 32" limit. The set was however well under the weight limit so I gave it a shot. I live in an apartment so the single stud mounting was important to me. I don't want to fill in tons of holes when I leave.Installation was very quick and easy. The bracket mounts with two bolts into the stud and then a few screws on the back of the TV. It slips into place, which you could do by yourself for a smaller set, but might want some help on a 26" or larger since the TV can be awkward to handle from the side.
Positioning the set is VERY easy, versatile and stays put where you leave it.
I definitely recommend this.
