Jensen JE1912LED 19" LED HDTV Wall Mount Only Review
I rated this LED TV at 4 stars due to the lack of a 12 volt cigarette adapter. It does come with a 12 volt power cable that needs to be attached to existing 12 volt wiring within the RV, and can't simply be connected to a cigarette receptacle unless you purchase the adapter separately. Same thing applies to mounting. You have to purchase a table top stand or wall mount stand or simply prop it on the floor to watch :( By the way, this TV does not have any A/C power input, so its specifically 12 volt only.I happened to have a 12 volt cigarette power adapter which worked just fine with these unit. The picture that is displayed is very clear. The sound is pretty basic and not close to what surround sound is, but it just has basic speakers that are okay. There is no SD card slot or USB port to watch downloaded videos/movies etc but there are 2 HDMI ports and a few AVI composite ports and also one VGA port. The remote control can operate other Jensen DVD players which are installed in many RVs too.
I purchased this unit used (like new) and didn't pay the full price $300.00 plus, and I'm not sure if this TV is actually worth that amount. But, I understand that this model is built for vibration and extreme weather conditions. I hope my review can help somebody, but overall I really like this TV and the fact that it is reinforced for over the road wear and tear.
