We purchased on of these carts after researching these reviews on Amazon. This is a solid cart, easily handling a 55 inch flatscreen TV. As others have indicated, assembly instructions leave a bit to be desired. Search for "Mobile TV Cart by Tyke Supply" on Youtube, and you'll find a handy silent video showing how the cart goes together, and some of its features.
I did make one modification -- I bolted handles (cabinet door pulls) to the lower horizontal arms on the back, in the hope that my users will grab the handles to maneuver the TV cart into its tight storage closet rather than pushing on the TV screen itself.
