I installed this mount a few weeks ago, and I'm very pleased with it. The TV that I mounted is a 46" Samsung (UN46C6300). I mounted the TV over my fireplace, so the 15 degree tilt works great to adjust the viewing angle.

However, I have two slightly negative points to mention:
* I prefer hex-head lag-bolts (rather than the phillips head lag-bolts that were provided), so I had to drop by Lowe's to pick up a set of those. I realize that this is a personal preference, but driving the hex head bolts with a ratchet was much easier than struggling with stripping the head of the phillips head bolts.
* The spacers that I needed to use for my TV were not a consistent depth. Three of the spacers were correct, but there was an odd fourth spacer that was about half the depth of the others. Luckily, Samsung included a better set of spacers, so this was really a non-issue.

If it weren't for these two minor points mentioned above, I would give a hearty 5-star rating. Regardless, I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I firmly believe this is one of the best values that you can find on very good slim mount for large flat panels.
