I like this product, but the height adjustment system is not well thought-out. The monitor must be taken off the arm whenever making a height adjustment. So, essentially, height will be a one-time adjustment for all of the trouble involved. This product is attractive and well-made, of heavy gauge steel. The finish is attractive, and the arm and swivel mount on the monitor work well together. The desktop anchor clamp is terrific.

UPDATE: There was a tendency for the arm to shift when fully extended, so I replaced the two bolts that held the arm with longer bolts and locking washers. Now, my desk mount is very solid. I used 1-inch length size M6 metric bolts with corresponding locking washers (see the picture I added to the product page).
